These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Runcai Ad Dashboard (the "Service"), an internal web application operated by Runcai ("we", "us", "our") to view TikTok advertising performance metrics retrieved through the TikTok API for Business platform.

1. Eligibility and Access

The Service is provided exclusively to authorized employees of Runcai for internal business purposes. Access is granted only after verification of your Runcai corporate identity and explicit authorization of your TikTok Ads account through TikTok's standard OAuth flow. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate internal marketing, advertising operations, and reporting.

2. Use of TikTok Advertising Data

The Service retrieves TikTok advertising performance data via the TikTok Reporting API and related Business API endpoints on behalf of Runcai employees who have explicitly authorized the connection. You agree to:

• Use TikTok advertising data only for the internal purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
• Not transfer, sell, or otherwise make TikTok advertising data available to any third party.
• Comply with the TikTok Business Terms of Service, TikTok Advertising Policies, and all applicable TikTok platform policies.
• Not attempt to scrape, cache beyond permitted limits, or aggregate TikTok advertising data in any manner that violates TikTok's terms.
• Not use the Service to manage or optimize TikTok advertising on behalf of any third party not affiliated with Runcai.

3. Account and Authorization Management

• You may revoke the Service's access to your TikTok Ads account at any time via TikTok's "Manage app permissions" settings or by emailing privacy@runcai.example.com.
• Upon termination of employment with Runcai, your access to the Service will be deactivated and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your corporate credentials used to access the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to operate, optimize, or manage TikTok advertising campaigns on behalf of any third party not affiliated with Runcai.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding TikTok data), features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Runcai and its licensors. TikTok is a trademark of TikTok Pte. Ltd., and use of TikTok advertising data is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the TikTok API for Business platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any advertising data provided by TikTok. Your use of TikTok services is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms or your separation from Runcai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runcai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Runcai's place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
